As mentioned at the September meeting of the War Book Club, as this is the 80th anniversary of WW2, I'm going to try and follow the war day to day or week to week --I was planning to spend time reading old newspapers thru the GoogleNews Archive:
https://news.google.com/newspapers
-- but I don't have much time, so my fallback is this Youtube series you might want to check out:

Enjoy and, if you watch, let me know what you think.
The Lifelong Learning Centre will host a course with the above title starting September 18th at 1:30 pm.
Description: This course will first examine what led to
the defeat of Nazi Germany, between 1939 and 1945, and then examine
what led to a falling out among the very powers that had engineered that
defeat.
The instructor is Dr. Clay Burlingham.
The course takes place at the revamped old campus and there are spaces still available.
