"Mystery" War Movie

My friend, The Pastor, sent me a link to a "mystery" war movie, which was simply labelled "War Movie" on Youtube:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bxld-Un2hgI#t=654.8532653

Does anyone have any information about this film or what it was called? I found it quite gripping and watched the whole thing in one sitting. The action takes place during the Battle of the Hürtgen Forest, which, according to Wikipedia, "was the longest battle on German ground during World War II, and is the longest single battle the U.S. Army has ever fought."

The Battle of the Bulge took place in the aftermath.

I think, however, The Pastor sent me the link because the character of Warren not only shares my name but looks exactly like my 20-year-old self. I've always wondered how I would have done in combat, so I was curious as to how young Warren would make out.

I think he did ok.

The Lifelong Learning Centre of Regina will offer two military history courses as part of its Fall semester:

Canada and the "Great War," 1914-1918

Thursdays, October 25th to November 15th
1:30 to 3:20 pm.

On the 100th anniversary of the end of the "Great War" it is appropriate to consider how it changed Canada. Topics to be discussed will include Canada's contribution to victory, the impact of the "Great War" at home, and its legacy for Canada and Canadians.

Instructor: Dr Bill Brennan.

also:

The Third Reich: Defining a Dictatorship

Tuesdays, September 25th to November 13th
Noon to 1:50 pm.

On January 30, 1933, Hitler was appointed Chancellor of Germany. He did not seize power, but was given it. Further he came to power not as chancellor of the Third Reich but the Weimer Republic. Yet, within six months, Hitler had seized control of the state, made illegal all political parties but his own, and even freed himself from the German parliament. He had a dictatorship; and, Germany had the Third Reich. This class will look to explain what entailed.

Instructor: Dr Clay Burlingham.
